The Medical Clinic C offers treatment to patients with disorders or cancer of the gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract and the liver, as well as patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis. Our team of specialists have access to state-of-the-art cancer screening technology, including upper GI (gastrointestinal) endoscopy, colonoscopy and abdominal ultrasound. All laboratory testing associated with cancer diagnostic procedures is carried out in-house.

After cardiovascular disease, cancer is the second most common cause of death in Germany, a fact that is mainly due to cancer not being diagnosed early enough. There are a number of different cancer screening technologies available today, which can detect cancer in its early or even precancerous stages.
