Patient satisfaction

A patient survey is conducted every 3 years - most recently in 2011. In addition to this regular patient survey we offer visitors the option of leaving feedback by completing the form in our information brochure. Completed forms are analysed at regular intervals and the results are presented to the members of staff of the different Clinics. Where appropriate, results may give rise to improvement measures.

We always endeavour to ensure that our patients' wishes and needs are met as far as this is possible. However, we may not always be successful in achieving this and there may be issues regarding your stay that you are not completely happy with. Should this be the case, please contact a member of the ward staff or Andreas Bondong, who is the main contact for patient complaints. Please also contact Andreas Bondong should you wish to make a claim against the Hospital or a member of staff.

You may also pass on any complaints and suggestions to the Hospital's Patient Relations Advisor, Susanne Herzog, who works on a voluntary basis. You can also contact reception or the information point in the entrance lobby to arrange a bedside meeting or a direct phone call with the relevant person(s).
