In the Continence Centre Ludwigshafen, specialist in interdisciplinary cooperation medicate patients suffering from a disturbance of the bladder function or end gut function.
An aconuresis (bladder weakness) might occur both with women and men. With women, there is often a connection with a lowering of the sexual organs, the bladder or a prolapse which might cause urine loss in case of physical strain.
With men, similar problems occur with prostate diseases. Disturbances of the bladder function are also often caused by nervous diseases or general diseases like diabetes.
