Ready for you

When you come to us for a planned hospital treatment, please register with the patient admission. In order for your admission to take place rapidly and smoothly, we would like to ask you to bring along the following documents:

• Admission note from the doctor treating you
• Your health insurance card
• The medical documents and radiographs that are in your possession

Patient’s contribution

According to § 39, Section 4 of the German Social Security Code V, a patient holding out insurance with a compulsory health insurance fund or a health insurance must pay €10 each per calendar day (the days of admission and discharge count as 1 day) for a maximum of 28 days in a calendar year to the hospital. The hospital acts on behalf of the health insurance companies and passes on the relevant amount to them.

Patients holding out insurance with a compulsory health insurance fund or a health insurance, for which general hospital services are covered, must not take care of paying the hospital invoice, except for the patient’s contribution.

Contract governing medical treatment

We either enter with you or someone authorised by you a written contract governing medical treatment. During admission you will receive the required contract documents and informative material about our clinic and the frame conditions of your treatment.
